I've had a quick check on your policy and can see the 15% discount was applied saving you £6.70 - it's clearly stated on your certificate of insurance (under the 'Your Discounts' section). The referal reward will be issued to your friend 30 days after purchase in line with the scheme terms, so long as the policy isn't cancelled.
