Thank you for your review. We never charge customers for their certificate of insurance, and provide a copy of the documents via post at no cost. The only time a deduction is made, is if you've used our optional schengen visa certificate service, and only if you cancel your policy (this is due to the additional fraud prevention and insurance verficiation costs associated with these certificates, which we only look to recoup if you later cancel your policy).

We note that medical screenings can only be done over telephone calls considering the complexity of the questions relating to each medical condition, reason why when you have contacted us over the live chat we were unable to assist you.
