Would suggest that is not his fault but companies for not providing adequate training.

We are sorry that your bed was not delivered with the gliders as requested. I can confirm that we had ordered your bed correctly from our supplier (Harrison Beds) but they had processed the order as standard, with castors. We understand that this was resolved with an exchange of the castors/ gliders on the day of delivery.
