Thank you for travelling with us and for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that your Travel Director and Coach Driver helped make your holiday such a seamless and memorable experience through their knowledge, energy and professionalism throughout each day. We also appreciate your positive comments on the itinerary and the optional experiences, and we are glad these added to your overall enjoyment of the trip. At the same time, we are sorry to hear that the availability of advertised options did not always meet your expectations, as well as your concerns regarding the suitability of some accommodation, particularly for triple occupancy. We sincerely regret the confusion regarding the triple room and the specific requirements for booking this room type. It is important to us that our guests have a clear understanding of their accommodations. Please know that triple rooms are offered in limited quantities on selected tours and may include rollaway beds for triple or quad occupancy. We recognise that these rooms can feel small for three adults. You can find detailed information about room limitations in the "What's Included" section of our Terms and Conditions. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for travelling with Costsaver and for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the balance of information provided by your Travel Director around included elements and optional experiences. Transparency is important, and your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams for review. We are also sorry that the hotel locations in Rome and the pace in Pisa and Verona felt less suitable for your preferences. It is helpful to hear that you enjoyed having two nights in each location, as this is designed to offer a more settled experience within a busy itinerary.
