Costsaver Reviews

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the tour terrific, and that the itinerary, your Travel Director and your Coach Driver all made such a positive contribution to your journey. We are also pleased that you found the accommodation clean and comfortable, and that the cities and scenery made such a strong impression. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to the team members concerned, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary good and that the Great Wall made such a strong impression as the highlight of your journey. Visiting such an iconic landmark is often among the most memorable moments of a tour of China, so it is encouraging to know that this was your experience. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thorough and thoughtful account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the journey worthwhile in terms of both the experiences offered and the cost, and that your Coach Driver, Travel Director and Travel Agent were all excellent. We appreciate your questions regarding the hotel locations. Itineraries can occasionally be adjusted between the time of deposit and final documentation, owing to availability and operational considerations, and we recognise that this can be inconvenient when other arrangements, such as a car hire, have already been made. We are sorry that this affected your plans. Your comments regarding gratuities are also well taken. We understand that reminders about tipping can be uncomfortable for both guests and Travel Directors, and your suggestion that gratuities be invoiced in advance is a constructive one which we shall share with the Operations Department. We also appreciate your observations about the Sun Peaks stop, where the limited dining options and remoteness of the village made it less convenient for guests, and we shall pass this on to our Operations Department for review. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your review. We are pleased to learn that you found the holiday both interesting and brilliant, and that the included and Optional Excursions were so enjoyable. It is encouraging that the Grand Ole Opry, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Graceland and the swamp tour each left such a favourable impression. We are also delighted that your Travel Director proved so helpful, and that the coach was comfortable and the Coach Driver reliable throughout the journey. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to them both, and we hope that we may have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and appreciative review. We are delighted to learn that your Travel Director guided the group with such professionalism and evident care, and that his knowledge and explanations, particularly at Sacsayhuaman, were so valued. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to him. We are also pleased that you found the itinerary excellent, and that the sequence of arriving in Lima before the more demanding days at altitude allowed for a comfortable period of acclimatisation. Your suggestion that more time be allowed at Sacsayhuaman, in place of the stop at the empanada shop, is a helpful one, and we shall share it with the Operations Department so that the balance of the schedule may be given careful consideration. We hope that we may have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future. Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and appreciative review. It is also encouraging that you found the itinerary excellent. We are pleased that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a favourable impression, and we shall be sure to pass on your kind words to them both. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that this tour fell so far short of your expectations, particularly as a guest who has travelled with us on several previous occasions. We regret that you felt a lack of care was shown towards the group, and that you were disappointed by the experience of your Travel Director and Coach Driver, and by hotels that you found to be in unsuitable areas and a considerable distance from the destinations you had chosen to visit. We also regret that you have not yet received a reply to your complaint. We can confirm that we have received your email, and we will respond in due course. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future.
