Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and positive account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the journey so worthwhile, and that the coach and hotels met with your approval despite the considerable distance covered in eight days. We are particularly pleased that your Travel Director was so attentive to guests' needs, informing you of the duration and difficulty of walks and identifying places to rest, and that your Coach Driver's skill and knowledge of alternative routes helped the itinerary to run smoothly. We are also glad to hear that the quality and experience of the Local Guides impressed you, and that the music on board added to your enjoyment. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that the tour did not allow sufficient time in certain cities, such as Mostar, to visit other key sites and museums, and that the guided elements felt limited, amounting to little more than an hour in each major city.
