Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted to hear that you found your Costsaver trip such an enjoyable one, and that you felt it offered genuine value for money. It is particularly pleasing to learn that the breakfasts and dinners included in the itinerary were of such a good standard, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a positive impression. We shall be happy to pass on your kind words to them both. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your holiday did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when a trip does not feel like good value, and we regret that you found the hotels below the standard you had hoped for. Your comments regarding the distance of some hotels from points of interest are particularly concerning. We appreciate that this left you reliant on costly taxis, which was made more difficult by the language barrier, and that you felt it limited what you were able to see without taking part in the Optional Excursions. We have shared your feedback with our Product Development and Operations Department so that hotel locations and the balance between included and optional experiences may be reviewed. We would be grateful if you could contact us with your booking details and the names of the hotels concerned, so that we may look into these matters properly and respond to you in full.

We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a balanced and informative review. We are delighted to hear that you had such an enjoyable time, and that your Travel Director and Coach Drivers made the whole journey so seamless and entertaining. We shall be happy to pass on your kind words to them. We are also pleased that you found the coach and hotels so comfortable, and that the Optional Excursions added meaning to your visits. Your advice that these can add considerably to the overall cost is a helpful one for prospective guests, and we appreciate your drawing it to our attention. We were sorry to learn that some of the hotels were located outside the town centres, which made it harder to explore independently and to gain a feel for each place. We have shared your comments with our Product Development Department so that Optional Excursion pricing and hotel locations may be considered when the itinerary is next reviewed. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you found the itinerary excellent, the coach pristine and comfortable, and the balance between guided touring and free time so well judged. It is particularly pleasing to learn that your Travel Director was so informative and pleasant to work with, that the other Local Guides were equally knowledgeable, and that your Coach Driver always made you feel safe. We shall be happy to pass on your kind words to them all. We appreciate your honest remark that most of the hotels were average, with the last one standing out as good, and we have shared this with our Operations Department so that accommodation may be considered when it is next reviewed. We are grateful for your recommendation to others, and we hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us on another Costsaver tour in the future.
