Thank you very much for choosing to travel with Costsaver and for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We are pleased to hear that the Travel Director made such a positive impression while assisting with your trip. It is great to know that her helpful, patient and pleasant approach contributed to making your journey possible, and we will be sure to pass along your kind words. We are also pleased that you enjoyed the tour overall, including the quality of the hotels and the food provided. Your comments are truly appreciated. At the same time, we understand your observations regarding the pace of the itinerary. A busy schedule can sometimes limit the opportunity to explore destinations more independently or enjoy additional shopping time, and we appreciate you highlighting this. Your feedback is valuable as we continually review how to strike the right balance between guided experiences and free time. Thank you once again for travelling with us. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on another journey in the future.

Thank you very much for choosing to travel with Costsaver and for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful account of your experience. We are delighted to hear that the pre-travel reminders and information pack were helpful in preparing you for your first trip to Europe and your first group tour. It is wonderful to know that these resources gave you confidence and clarity ahead of your journey, allowing you to feel well organised and ready to make the most of your adventure. Your description of the 14-day itinerary as an unforgettable journey through seven countries is truly enjoyable to read. We are pleased that you enjoyed the balance between structured activities, free time and optional experiences, and that these added elements enhanced your overall trip. At the same time, we appreciate your comments regarding the additional cost for some key experiences and your wish for more time in each destination. Finding the right balance between inclusions and flexibility is something we continually review, and your feedback is extremely valuable in this regard. It is also encouraging to hear that your accommodation exceeded your expectations overall, particularly given the nature of a budget friendly trip. We do, however, regret that your stay in Paris did not meet the same standard, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your comments regarding hotel locations and the impact this had on evening exploration are also noted, as we understand how important convenience can be when making the most of each destination. That said, your experience in Innsbruck sounds truly special, and we are glad that moment stood out as a highlight. We are especially pleased to hear your kind words about The Travel Director and Coach Driver. Their dedication, energy and professionalism play a vital role in delivering memorable journeys, and we will ensure your appreciation is shared with them. Thank you once again for travelling with us. We are so pleased that your first European adventure was such a memorable one, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.
