We are sorry to hear that the pacing of the itinerary and time allocation at certain locations did not feel balanced. Your comments regarding Nara Park, Mount Fuji travel time, shopping opportunities, walking distances and the time spent at each stop are very helpful and will be reviewed carefully by our product team as part of our ongoing itinerary planning. With regard to walking distances and access, our coaches must abide by local restrictions that may not be permitted in some town and city centres. Regrettably, such restrictions are beyond Costsaver's control, and walking or other transport arrangements may be the only alternatives available. We appreciate this can sometimes add physical demands for guests and we are sorry for any discomfort this caused, particularly for those who found certain walks challenging. We also note your feedback regarding the timing of the final dinner and will ensure this is considered in future planning discussions. Thank you again for choosing to travel with us.
