Thank you for your thorough review of your walk along the South West Coast Path. We regret to hear your itinerary along the Far West of Cornwall was a bit too punishing; the mileages along this undulating bit of coastline are certainly a greater challenge than they may seem. I would recommend anyone researching this walk who is concerned by those longer mileages choose our FWC2 itinerary or higher, as it's the FWC1 that leads to these longer, harder days.
