The weight limits on luggage for transfer are quite strict for health and safety reasons, mainly looking after our colleagues' backs lifting and carrying packs. These limits are per bag, so we recommend booking additional bags through us if you'd rather not pack light. We will always step in if a luggage service refuses an item and help you find an alternate solution, however.
