We were sorry to learn that the nightlife portion of this tour didn't meet your expectations and we've forwarded your feedback to our Product team to take on-board during our next product review. We do, however, market this trip as one of our 'High Energy' Options, which we describe as "All the best sights and exhilarating late nights, High Energy trips are crafted especially for the 24-hour traveller" - these itineraries are naturally a little more nightlife heavy than other tours. That said, should you look at travelling with us again in future, we may suggest looking at one of our 'In-Depth Explorer' or 'Easy Pace' tours- they tend to appeal more to our travellers who are big on culture but happy to have relaxed evening.
Furthermore, we've reviewed the paperwork for your tour group and it appears that you ordered a T-Shirt, however, this was cancelled prior to payment, so regrettably the t-shirt was not completed.
Aside from these concerns, we do hope that you returned home with many happy memories of the USA and we look forward to welcoming you back on-board again in the future.
