We're sorry that certain elements of the trip didn't meet your expectations. The Sweet as South is one of our most popular tours, and so we were disappointed to hear that you felt there were things that you missed out on. Though this is one of our shorter itineraries at 9 days, we have a packed itinerary visiting 11 exciting destinations with 10 included tours and 7 optional high adrenaline ME Time optional extras. 
That said, we are in the business of creating amazing memories, so if you could kindly get in touch with us at help@contiki.com with any specific feedback about your Tour Director and Driver we'll be able to investigate further.
