Use an estate agent with better local knowledge
Having staff that want to help once you are signed up would be Nice! Communicating between sales and lettings doesn't happen

Efficient
Good service . they kept in touch weekly their commision was 2 times more than other agents but they sold the property, quickly.

Very Unhappy with Service(s)
Really Amateur, with very little was completed in house without encouragement off all parties involved, finger pointing culture, service didn't follow through from original sales pitch.
