Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

website claims you can track your delivery, never worked fo me

Thank you for your comments. We have identified a bug with the on-site tracking for a small number of customers, and this is in the process of being rectified. This bug does not impact on delivery times, just the ability for a small number of customers to track the status of their order online. Hopefully you found the rest of your service from Chums to be excellent, and we are glad that your purchase was to your satisfaction.
