I can only apologise we are currently working on the tracking on our website this is not yet available for customers to view. However I can see your order left with Royal Mail so we don't have a tracking system for this we can only advise the where about's of an order if it has left with a courier. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I am sorry to hear the colours where not as advertised our marketing and photography departments do their best within the constraints of the technology available to ensure that our photographs portray our items in as accurate a manner as possible. However we appreciate that despite our photography department’s best efforts nothing can replace seeing an item 'in the flesh'.
