Thank you for your feedback and apologise you was not happy with the delivery time, however we do advise up to 7-10 days for delivery of our goods but they do usually arrive before this. After tracking your order I can see this was delivered within this time frame.

Thank you for your feedback. I hope you don't mind me pointing out that the order was placed on the 15/08/14 online and delivery took place on the 20/08/14, the website clearly states delivery is within 7-10 days, so you should have been aware of this in advance of placing your order
