We are so sorry that this item was damaged upon receipt, occasions such as this are very rare indeed and our despatch team do go to great lengths to ensure products reach you in the best possible condition, so please accept our sincere apologies. We have however checked our records and they show that your parcel was delivered within the timescale advertised. Provided the shoes have not been worn, please do not hesitate to return the parcel back to us free of charge, where we will be happy to offer a replacement/exchange or of course a refund. We hope this instance will not deter you from using our company in the future.
