Many thanks for your feedback, I have looked into this and can see that the postcode you provided on your order form does not correspond to the work address provided, as your first item was delivered to your home address I believe the postcode on your order was for your home address. The second item we attempted to deliver from a different courier was consequently returned to us as the address and postcode did not match. Unfortunately, as this was not our error and we have tried to deliver on two separate occasions to the address provided to us, we cannot refund the postage cost.

Amazing chocolate creations!
The only negative I have is that, when ordering online, it's not possible to send to different addresses. I had to ring to organise this & spoke to Hayley who was extremely helpful.

Many thanks for your feedback, the kettlebell product which was ordered contains four chocolates which is stated in the description and shown on the website with the accompanying images this is also reflected by the price point. We do have a similar product on the website which contains nine chocolates (dumbbells).

Yes it is now stated in the description due to me raising the issue, and you changing it. You should admit your mistake and rectify this with the customer instead you were nothing but rudely argumentative and made my experience very unpleasant
