Lovely choc well presented but the raindeer and carrots were broken & mixd
Wonderful chocs beautiful but unfortunately the raindeer & carrots got shook or mixed in transit needing re laying out in packet and some carrots had broken

Great service & communication from this company. One of the chocolates was broken when it arrived but a quick email & photo sent & a replacement was organised with no quibbles.

Really disappointed.
Really disappointed. The product arrived broken and not in a fit state to give as a gift. It had not been properly packaged. I will certainly not be recommending this to family or friends.

It’s ok
My personalised letter had a spelling error in it so it was scribbled and written over. I couldn’t use it as it looked awful. Nice unique gifts but they are very small.
