I have called numerous times about this issue and thought it was resolved

She says they cannot do what I want which is online deposit from whom t She wants me to contact pop money or the student who pays rent not going to do that

When an online ACH transaction does not include specific information such as the name of the depositor, we are unable to provide that to you.
