Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry for what has happened here, this is not our usual level of service. In order to have your helium balloons inflated for free you need to show your order confirmation which should have been emailed to you after placing your order. I am sorry if you did not receive this.

I am sorry about the way your order as dealt with, and the service you recicved. On this occasion, as a good will gesture i have refunded your postage charge and 20% of the order. I hope if you order in the future we can provide you with a better experience and level of service. I am really sorry about all the inconvenience caused.
