Improvement needed
Only half of items arrived and they were later than expected. Had to speak to customer services live chat twice to resolve. agent was very good but little disappointing initial order wasn't completed...

Rubbish service disappointed Customer!!!
Will never order from you again! Placed an order 3/12 for off the shelf Xmas cards and still not received the order and it’s now 15/12!!! too late now as had to buy them elsewhere! 😡

Very handy service
Finding it difficult physically at present to get to go card shopping, card shop online was the ideal solution. Searching for and editing cards was very user friendly and helpful.
