Hi Debbie, According to our records, you cancelled the transport because you decided to stay in Darwin, and not move to Perth after all.  We refunded you within 7 days of the notification of cancellation, as our accounts department processes all refunds on a batch basis weekly.

Hi Lisa, We apologise for the delivery issues. This can sometimes happen if the truck is unable to get to your house due to it's size, and so have to arrange to meet you somewhere close to your house instead.  The last delivery you had may have been on a smaller truck, so was able to get all the way to your house.

Hi Bree, sometimes Transit times change due to unforseen circumstances.  We only quote approximate transit times based on recent performance of that particular carrier, and we warn that it is subject to change.
