Hi Lauren, sometimes transit times are pushed out due to a number of reasons that we cannot predict, and we apologise for the delay.
I checked your job, and I can say that we replied to every one of your 7 email withing 2 hours of receiving them (most within one hour), so I do not understand how you can say that we "do not reply to emails"!

We apologise for the delays in moving your car, but the tracker service can only report on what the carrier tells us.
When the tracker says it will be delivered by the end of the week, and then the very next day you ask for an update, do not be surprised if the answer is the same...
