I can fully appreciate your feelings on the matter and I would like to sincerely apologise for the disappointment and upset caused. I appreciate it is of little consolation, but I would like to explain that we are only able to offer tours based on our coach reaching a minimal running capacity. It would not be feasible for any operator to run breaks for only a handful of clients, the associated costs and ultimately the increased selling prices would not be at all realistic. Where possible we always try to give as much notice as possible and offer discounts on alternatives tours and dates, which I fully understand is not always an option. Again it will not mean much given your disappointment, but I would like to assure you cancellations volumes are kept to a minimum and any tour is only cancelled after due consideration and as a last resort. I regret on this occasion it was deemed necessary to cancel your break and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and upset.

Hi as with the vast majority of tour operators we offer last minute discounts based on availability and the perishable nature of our breaks. Booking early not only guarantees availability before a tour sells out, but also offers the opportunity to secure specific rooms types at the resort hotel and specific seating arrangements on the coach. Many clients also choose to book early and take advantage of our deposit payment scheme which enables the cost of the holiday to be spread.
