Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I have looked into why you would have been told you had taken the last two seats on the coach and then your tour has been cancelled. The explanation is the that the tour was cancelled at the hotel's request. Following us contracting this date with the hotel Liverpool football club have been drawn to play Porto at home in the quarter final of the champions league and all leisure breaks surrounding this fixture have been removed. I apologise for the convenience caused and I am pleased you were able to find and alternative, but I would like to assure you that the member of our team you spoke with was in fact telling you the truth.
