Unfortunately despite my favourable review i have now had a negative experience after booking and paying for our trip. I selected seats on the coach only to then be moved to seats opposite the wc on the coach! If i had any inclination this would happen i would never have booked the trip. Needless to say it won't happen again because i won't use Caledonian again. The company state i should have read their 'Terms & Conditions '. Lesson learned i think.

Harry potter

Only complate is having to contact ypu to.book single room. Wish you would go back to 3 days 2 night i loved that. Had under 4 hours in the harry potter studios. No time for lunch. No quite long...

Single rooms are limited in most hotels and sell quickly, we would always recommend booking single rooms as early as possible to avoid disappointment. If ever you can't find a single room, our team would be happy to make contact with the hotel and request to be notified of any cancellations - sometimes an extra room can be sourced this way so it's always worth calling us to check.
