Apologies for the delay. Generally, the delivery service is very efficient and I am if this has not been the case in your experience. I am sure that these failed deliveries are a coincidence and not indicative of the courier service in your area.

I am sorry for the trouble you have had with the delivery. Our couriers are generally very efficient but clearly you have been let down badly on this occasion. Our service agreement does allow them to leave the parcel in a safe location if they deem it suitable to do so. I am sorry if on this occasion that was not the case, but trust that you are pleased with the goods.
Fishtec OK the delivery service is absolute rubbish. They claim my house didn't exist, lazy drivers incapable of using a sat nav.

The delivery was really fast and I have had a pair of these sun glasses for years and wanted to buy another pair I'm well happy
My new fly rod was as described, a good price and it arrived quickly.
