That's strange. We do not stock a mixed size bag of hooks so I am unsure how this could be the case. I can only imagine that Fulling Mill have packaged them incorrectly. I will arrange to get a replacement pack sent on to you.

Nothing wrong with the products just the delivery. Ordered a boat seat cushion on Thursday within timescales foe next day delivery. Paid the extra shipping charge and waited in all day for delivery....

Please accept our apologies for the delay. WE had an issue with our systems at the time, and the order wasn't processed until the following working day. This meant that the goods were late unfortunately. I have therefore arranged for the delivery charge to be refunded by way of apology.

We are very surprised to hear these comments. The feedback on this product has always been very positive and I am sorry that this was not the case on this occasion. Almost all of the reviews have been 4 or 5 star and we ourselves are are very happy with product.
