Hi Amy, thank you for your feedback on our service. We were disappointed to hear your dismay with your experience and we understand it and wish to apologise profusely on behalf of all of us. As mentioned in our follow up email, we completely ran out of stocks for the Snow Jumper in Ice Blue Colour which is a limited edition and offered a different available colour or a refund which you later chose. We were responsive with you up to the refund procedure.
