However, we want to assure you that all of the products and brands we stand behind operate in an ethical and responsible manner. One of the key factors we address when choosing the brands we support is that they operate a transparent way and outline their manufacturing processes on their site or in direct correspondence with us. Whether the brand manufactures their products in China, India, or any other country, we try to do our due diligence to make sure their products are manufactured responsibly, ethically and humanely. We were terribly disappointed to hear that the level of communication you received was subpar - I assure you this is not reflective of our usual level of service and wish to apologise profusely on behalf of all of us. As mentioned in our follow up email, our partner - Organic Basics encountered a delay with their suppliers that caused a stock related issue which progressed over days to finalize the shipment. We chased them time to time about this order to make sure it will be shipped since it wasn't the only one affected by the delays. We also offered you a discount coupon that you can use on your subsequent order on us. We’re a very small team, and we sincerely apologise for our lack of communication on this occasion and hope that this unfortunate incident doesn't dissuade you from visiting us again in the future.
