Unfortunately this does sometimes happen, for reasons completely out of our control, which is why, unlike other companies, we are careful not to 'guarantee' next day delivery. Thanks for the review. We use email, instead of the phone, so we have a written record when an order goes awry. That way we have evidence to support our case when the courier fails to fulfil their obligations. Unsurprisingly, their performance has improved dramatically since we made this change!
