I'm really sorry to hear you have had such a terrible experience with the courier. I will certainly follow up your complaint and make sure your voice is heard. Unfortunately, because our freight is deemed 'awkward', there are very few, if any, alternatives to Yodel. Nevertheless, there is no excuse for the driver's behaviour. Sorry again. Unfortunately some parcels do get mis-sorted at the courier's central hub. Very rare but it does happen. Sorry for the delay but glad the packing boxes arrived in good condition. Customer Services REMOVAL BOXES UK LTD
