Thanks for taking the time to review. Size is always an interesting topic! After years of consulting with customers, we think we've ended up with just the right sizes; big enough and strong enough to do a job but not too big that you can't pick them up once they're full. i'm sorry about that but thanks for the feedback. because our freight is categorised 'awkward', and apparently has to be manually sorted through their network, they will not provide specific time slots. very annoying but something we have to live with until we can find another courier that will take 'awkward' fright...
