Afew times games were sent to me that were not in the top game in my list even though that's what I requested. This was resolved by customer services but was extra work on my part to chase it up....

Currently, PS5 and XBOXSERIESX games are available on our Priority packages so that we can continue to offer the best service possible to New Gen gamers, especially when the newer titles can be as high as £70 to purchase. That means by renting just two games a year, you will be saving yourself money with our Priority packages and many of our customers rent far more than two games a year.

Yeh I get your point regarding new titles but you use to do a system where older games that had been out 6months or more would be available on some of the other rental packages you have to offer. I just feel Boomerang should have that option for ps5 games by now.

We do still have our Value packages where older titles are available for a lower price for consoles such as the PS4, XBOXONE and SWITCH.
We may look to bring PS5 and XBOXSERIESX games to the value packages in the future.
Regarding the games being sent from outside your service option, it may simply have been the case that a game was despatched out to you from outside your Top Choice as our system has will ensure a game is sent out to you in the unlikely event you miss out on a new release so that you still have a new game to play.
