We always do our very best to ensure customers get the brand new releases as quickly as possible, and you can make some great savings when renting newer titles when you can pay as little as £10.99 for games that can cost as much as £70. It will also stop you from paying full price of those games that don't live up to the hype.

It's great to hear you feel our service is excellent value for money. As Video Games prices continue to rise, with some being as high as £70, renting looks as good an option now than it ever has.
We send all games out via Royal Mail First Class with the vast majority of games arriving within 1-3 days. There were some slight delays in some areas a few months ago due to some of the ongoing strike action, however we have seen delivery times return to usual levels since.
With new releases, we will always do our best to ensure as many of our customers can play these games as quickly as possible. If you contact our customer support team, we can give you the best advice for future releases, and how to get the best value from your service.
I can see you also mentioned some newer releases game taking longer than you would expect to become available. Please do get in touch with these games and we can take a look into that for you.
