I have taken a look at your account for you and I can confirm the first available copy of the game you have on rent was despatched to you. Unfortunately on the date you had signed up we had sent out copies to our customers as we despatch each new game the day before release. We do this as we aim to have the new release game arrive with our customers as close to release day as possible. We offer a 100% free 21 day trial of the service where you can select from 100's of games and give the service a try before you start your monthly subscription, however, we reserve new release titles for our live Unlimited and Priority members to give them the best possible service for the subscription. Your account was set live straight away when you added a new title to your list. The first payment was then processed which gave you immediate access to every game in our library including new release titles which is why the new game was then posted to you.
