In these instances, we will award Payback Points for any time you do spend waiting. These points can be used on Bonus Games, Free Rental Months and discounts of up to 50% off purchases, which allows you to get the best value possible from each payment that you make.
If you do ever find yourself waiting longer than the estimated wait times, please get in contact with our customer support team and they will be able to assist you. We are available from 9AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday, and you can contact us on email, through Livechat, via social media or even over the phone.
