I'm sorry to hear you are not entirely happy with your experience.
I have investigated your account for you and can see that we have not been processing payments whilst you have not been making use of the service and the last subscription payment was in 2021.
We look to get each title out to customers as quickly as we possibly can and do our best to meet demand for each release. Unfortunately it looks like on this occasion we were not able to add any copies of the game in your list to our library at the time of release which is why no copy was sent to you.
If you are still looking to rent that game we would be more than happy to see if a copy can be obtained and sent out to you.
