Dear CustomerMany thanks for your comments. We believe you are referring to your order placed with us on the 7th April. This was despatched from our warehouse on the very same day, 7th April. On checking the Royal Mail tracking I can see that your parcel did not leave the Worldwide Distribution Centre at Heathrow Airport until 23rd May. Unfortunately, the circumstances for the delay are beyond our control and was due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Your order placed with us on the 4th August was despatched from our warehouse on the same day, 4th August. On checking the Royal Mail tracking, the parcel arrived in Mexico on the 12th August and therefore should be delivered to you very soon and the issues with shipments to Mexico have clearly now been resolved. Many thanks for purchasing Birchall tea and we hope that you continue to enjoy our teas in the future. Best wishes, Birchall Customer Services Team.
