Purple Beech looks wonderful all year round. In autumn the leaves will turn brown when the plants become dormant for the winter. The plants hold onto these leaves and in spring lots of healthy purple leaves will push through again. Hi Trevor, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry your plants arrived in such poor condition, so thank you for being so understanding. As per my email your plants are covered by our plant guarantee so if you do have any issues with them at all just let me know. Berberis Julianae is a stunning evergreen hedge plant that is ideal as an intruder proof hedge due to its prickly thorns. During springtime your plants will produce yellow flowers and black/blue fruits will feed hungry birds in autumn. So extra wildlife should hopefully be coming into your garden soon. The Leylandii is an extremely fast growing, evergreen conifer hedge 🌲, that can grow up to 90cm per year and are perfect for extra privacy and screening and they can provide cover for a variety of wildlife and due to the density can act as a windbreak.
