Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Will never use Barriers Direct again. Placed order for Bollards and the delivery timescale on the invoice said 3-5 days but we are still awaiting them 2 and a half weeks later.

I have looked into the problems that surrounded your delivery and it would appear that our manufacturer suffered supplying issues which they endeavored to rectify by arranging a Saturday delivery which unfortunately was unsuccessful due to a confusion with the delivery address.
