Awful communication about the delivery of items. I was supposed to have a delivery within 2-5 days and when I called on the 7th day I was told another 10 days would be the delivery date.

I appreciate your frustration regarding the lead time, however, we do endeavor to be as transparent as possible on our website, hence this item has an 'up to' 30 days delivery time.
