Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your comments; I understand that someone from our team called you yesterday following a conversation with our manufacturer. Unfortunately there is no such adaptor at present for this rack to solve the tyre issue but it is something that he is going to take into account when next in discussion with his production team. We did make many attempts to contact you to discuss your complaint in further detail, but were unfortunately unable to speak to you in person as all investigations this end have lead to a blank as to who you may have spoken to at our manufacturer's.
