Paid over £50 for 2 rolls of tape to be delivered next day, cost me…

Paid over £50 for 2 rolls of tape to be delivered next day, cost me over £220 to pay fitters that couldnt do the job on the day, lost the job and never even got an appology from Barriers direct !!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, it is appreciated. I understand that a member of the team spoke with you earlier to apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have taken this up with a manufacturer and they have apologised profusely for the oversight. It is my understanding that the delivery was placed on a 'next day' on the Friday which meant delivery was made on the Monday instead of the 'special delivery' meaning delivery was made on the Saturday. A full refund has been issued for the 'special delivery' and needless to say no charges made for the 'next day' service. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused.
