Thank you for leaving us your feed back, we really do appreciate it. Unfortunately, sometimes there are issues outside of our control, in this instance I understand it was due to a courier issue. The member of our team that you spoke to yesterday was very grateful for your understanding and has assured me that bollards had arrived on the Wednesday and that fortunately it did not delay works. Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback,it really is much appreciated. We have taken on board your comments regarding a lack of communication. Unfortunately, until such time as an order is flagged on our report, we are unaware that it is late going out. When your order was high-lighted, unfortunately my colleague did overlook calling you. This has been addressed in house and I would like to think a procedure has been put in place to ensure this does not happen again.
