Thank you for your review and for your time on the phone yesterday, it was great to be able to talk through your experience. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Tour Leader’s knowledge of the history on your tour. As discussed, your feedback is really important to us and we have raised your concerns with our Ops team to ensure that we offer more support and training to our Tour Leaders before they go out on tour. As mentioned, our Tour Leaders are a huge part of the service we offer, so we will do our utmost to ensure that we are providing them with everything they need to make their tour, and our guests’ experiences positive ones. As you mention, one of the key features of a Back-Roads tour is having access to an experienced tour leader. As such we strive to provide ongoing training to all tour leaders, so that they can lead tours at the highest standard.
