Regarding the coach used during the first few days, we acknowledge it did not meet our usual Back-Roads standard and sincerely apologise. This was a one-off situation caused by a last-minute delay to the scheduled vehicle, and not reflective of our usual touring standard. We can confirm that the use of the larger had no impact on the itinerary or the ability to follow the planned route.
