Escalating premium
The service was fine. But almost trebling my premium in three years most certainly isn’t. I made one small claim (around £400) and have now effectively repaid that three times over.

When assessing your price for the coming year, our underwriters take in to account various factors, such as our claims experience within the postcode area that you live in - if we've seen an increase in the number of claims, we would deem this to be a higher risk & that would be reflected in the price. There are also other factors such as the rise in claims costs & Insurance Premium Tax that are taken in to account, although we try our best to mitigate these costs as much as we can.
